NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held on Proposed Local Law No. 15 of 2026, (A Local Law Amending 312-14 Of The Code Of The County Of Ulster In Relation To Partial County Tax Exemption On Residences Of Persons With Disabilities And Limited Income), on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the public can be heard, in the Legislative Chambers, Ulster County Office Building, 6th Floor, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons and citizens interested shall have an opportunity to be heard on said proposed local law at the time and meeting aforesaid. Written comment sent to vfab@co.ulster.ny.us shall be accepted up until time of hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the requirements of the Open Meetings Law of the State of New York, that the Ulster County Legislature will convene in public meeting at the time and meeting aforesaid for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on the proposed local law described above and, as deemed advisable by said Ulster County Legislature, taking action on the enactment of said local law.
